Delivery:

All orders are shipped from Belgium. Please keep in mind that taxes/duty may apply when ordering outside of the EU.

Belux: We work with Bpost for all our deliveries within this region. The standard delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. (excluding processing time)

Netherlands, Germany, France: We work with DPD for all our deliveries for these countries. The standard delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. (excluding processing time)

We also work with Mondial Relay & DPD for Service Point delivery.

All other countries: We work with DHL express & Fedex  for all the other countries. The standard delivery time is mostly 1 to 3 working days but can run up to 6* working days. (excluding processing time).
